Ricardo joined Kaiju in September of 2021 and currently serves as Kaiju’s Director of Products. Ricardo is a leader who not only manages projects but also inspires change. He sets new standards in project management and investment strategy, demonstrating his adaptability and strategic acumen. His professional narrative is one of continuous growth, strategic innovation, and an unwavering dedication to excellence.

Ricardo's professional journey spans nine countries, reflecting a dynamic career that bridges continents and cultures. His list of achievements is not a sequence of roles but a narrative of transformative impacts and visionary leadership. At Kaiju, his significant contributions include his work to facilitate a successful launch of Kaiju’s inaugural  AI-managed ETF on the NYSE and the execution of pioneering infrastructure projects across multiple continents.

His academic background provided a solid foundation of his expertise, with a Master's degree in Project Management from Boston University, an MBA with a focus on Corporate Finance, and a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. His knowledge was further broadened by a Postgraduate Diploma in International Business from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

Ricardo's professional accreditations are a further testament to his commitment to excellence. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I), he has a proven track record in leading projects to success. His experience is augmented by his Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate and Scrum Fundamentals Certified status, which complement his strategic and technical prowess.

Recognition for Ricardo's work is evident in the accolades he has received, including the Best Infrastructure Development Project award from International Finance Magazine for his contribution to the Ruta Viva project, highlighting his ability to drive innovation and redefine industry benchmarks.

Residing in São Paulo, Brazil, with his family, Ricardo values the balance between a vibrant personal life and his professional pursuits.
